Dr. Keblinskas attended American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine.  He completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at Oakwood Hospital and Medical Center in Dearborn, MI where he also served as Chief Resident in radiology.  He then completed a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University of Chicago Hospitals, Chicago, IL.  Since then he has completed visiting fellowships in Cardiac CT angiography, PET/CT imaging and Mammography at SUNY Upstate Medical University and the American College of Radiology. He is currently enrolled in the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine Masters Degree program in Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety.

Dr. Keblinskas is Board Certified with the American Board of Radiology, Diagnostic Radiology.
